How the Process Works
From Interest to Roster Spot
1. Learn the Pathway
Review the team environment, age groups, and expectations for the sport your athlete is interested in.
2. Attend a Tryout or Evaluation
Athletes are evaluated on tools, coachability, effort, and where they fit within the program structure.
3. Build the Next Phase
After selection, families get schedules, expectations, and a clearer view of how training and competition work together.
