Cancellation and Refund Policy

Training Fees: Private Lessons and Small Group Lessons
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the lesson start time receives a refund in facility credit.
- Cancellation within 48 hours is subject to the full fee.
Clinics, Camps, and Programs
The published policy says multi-week and multi-day sessions are limited by time and participant counts. Missed classes are not refunded and make-up sessions are not offered.
- Clinics: cancellation within 72 hours of the start date is subject to the full fee; outside 72 hours receives a full refund via account credit.
- Camps: cancellation within 72 hours of the start date is subject to the full fee; outside 72 hours receives a full refund via account credit.
- Programs: cancellation within 14 days of the program start date is subject to the full fee; outside 14 days receives a full refund via account credit.
Tournaments and Leagues
- Cancellation within 60 days of the tournament or league start date is subject to the full fee unless a replacement team fills the spot and registers.
- Cancellation outside 60 days is subject to a full refund minus the processing fee.
Facility Rentals
For field house, studio ice rink, ball field rentals, weight room rentals, community room, and conference room rentals:
- Cancellation within 14 days is subject to the full fee.
- Cancellation outside the 14-day period receives a full refund via facility credit.
For batting cages, bull pens, shooting lanes, Rapid Shot or Rapid Hands, and simulator rentals:
- The standard cancellation window is 48 hours, unless booked with a 14-day space.
- Cancellation within 48 hours is subject to the full fee.
- Cancellations outside the 48-hour window receive a full refund via facility credit.
Refund Policies
For trainings, private lessons, small group lessons, clinics, camps, and programs, the current policy states there are no cash, check, or credit card refunds unless VSA cancels the training. When cancellation falls outside the policy window, VSA may offer facility credit toward instruction, future training, memberships, or other VSA services.
No refunds or discounts are allowed for missed sessions or lessons. Training and packages are listed as non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages, Team Fees, and Pro Shop Items
- All package sales are final.
- All Guardians and Jr. Guardians team fees are final, and no refund is given if a participant leaves the team or organization.
For pro shop returns or exchanges, the current PDF says in-store returns made within 30 days after purchase can receive a full refund. Returns made 30 to 90 days after purchase receive store credit in the form of a gift card or online coupon code. Items cannot be returned after 90 days due to inventory limitations.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached. Personalized items cannot be returned. Returns without receipt are not accepted. Equipment-related items are not returnable. Sale items at 30% off or more are final sale with no returns.
