My name is Payton Bremer. I am a senior at Marshfield High School in Marshfield Wi. I will be graduating in May of 2025.
Where have you decided to play college?
I have decided to continue my academic and athletic career at Saint Mary’s University in Winona Mn.
Why did you choose this school and program? (Facilities, coach, players, academics, environment, etc.)
I chose Saint Mary’s for the soccer program and their coaching staff. They welcomed me with open arms and were extremely supportive during my decision process. I also love the location of the university. It is located in the bluffs and right on the edge of Winona.
What are you looking forward to most about playing at the next level?
I am looking forward to taking the next in my game of soccer and getting meet and play with a new team.
How was the recruiting process for you? What were some challenges and positives throughout the process?
The recruitment process went really well for me. I struggled with knowing where to start but once I narrowed down some specifics in what I was looking for I was able to have some more understanding in what I wanted in my college experience. When I reached out to Rizzo (the Saint Mary’s head coach) he was very helpful and understanding. Rizzo was great with communication and helped me through the registration process that came with applying.
